Asst. General Manager (HR) – Rajkot, Gujarat
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Organization: A reputed Heavy Engineering / Manufacturing Company
Education: Post Graduation in HR (Engineering graduate will be preferred but not necessary)
Experience: More than 12 years in managing HR functions.
Age: Should not be more than 50 years
Job Description: Provide strong leadership support to the HR teams working at two manufacturing plants at Rajkot. Ensure optimum manpower utilization at a reasonable cost. Maintain and improve a cordial relationship with the employees. Resolve labor-related legal issues amicably. Improve the overall effectiveness of the plants through human initiatives.
Any Special Knowledge / Skills required:
- Leadership Skills
- Labor laws
- negotiations.
Gender: Male / Female
Salary range: 10 to 12 LPA
Any other detail: Leadership with excellent communication and hard negotiation skills are a must.
