HR Manager – Mumbai
Location: Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai
Organization: A reputed Manufacturing and Trading Company
Education: Graduate with MBA in HR.
Experience: 6 to 8 years.
Age: Minimum 30 years
Job Description: This position will work directly with Senior Management and has to take ownership of all HR and administrative aspects of the company. Managing end-to-end recruitment activity from sourcing to onboarding of candidates. Ensure legal compliance and guidance on policies and frameworks for complying with all key regulatory provisions. Employee engagement initiatives. Identify training needs for teams and individuals. Develop and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
