Job Description:
- Drafting and vetting of transactional documents (term sheets, investment agreements, share subscription & shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, closing documents to the transactions, and the like).
- End-to-end support to the team for completion of an Investment Transaction from due diligence, pre-closing, and post-closing transaction-related matters.
- In-depth knowledge of Company Law, statutory compliances and general awareness of the nuances of the start-up ecosystem.
- Strong ability to understand various legal and commercial clauses and advise/negotiate the/for clients.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and execute numerous projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of matters from complex matters to routine standard matters.
Any Special Knowledge / Skills required:
The candidate should have hands-on in either of the following areas:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Joint Venture / Venture Capital
- Private Equity
- Fund Formation
- Corporate Restructuring & reorganization
- Prior Start-up Experience Preferred
Gender: Male / Female
Salary range: 12 to 15 LPA + Performance Bonus
