Data Analyst – Projects (Andheri-Mumbai)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Education: Degree in any stream.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain centralized project data repositories.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop dashboards, charts, trend analysis and KPI reports.
- Track project progress, pending submissions and deliverables.
- Coordinate with project teams/stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Maintain resource deployment, allocation and utilization trackers.
- Prepare management review presentations and project progress reports.
- Validate data for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
Experience: 2 to 7 years.
Required Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel: Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation.
- Google Sheets and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong data management, analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Power Query
- MS Power BI / Google Looker Studio
- Basic SQL / Power Automate
- AI-enabled productivity and data analysis tools
Gender: Male/Female
Salary: up to 3.5 LPA
Other: Candidates with experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Project Coordination or Project Management Support. Engineering graduates are preferred. Freshers with exceptional analytical and Excel skills may also be considered.
