Location: Jamshedpur
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production or any other suitable stream.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business leads for heavy material movement equipment within the assigned territory.
- Identify prospective customers, conduct client visits and deliver effective product presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and operational challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions from the company’s product portfolio.
- Prepare and submit commercial quotations and actively participate in customer tenders and bidding processes.
- Lead commercial negotiations and effectively close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with internal functions, including manufacturing, engineering and logistics, to ensure timely execution and delivery of orders.
- Provide effective post-sales support and proactively address customer concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and re-orders.
- Continuously explore market opportunities, develop new accounts and maximize business potential within the assigned territory.
Experience: 5 to 10 years.
Any Special Knowledge / Skills / Experience required: Experience of selling heavy or capital equipment to industrial buyers. Market intelligence.
